In collaboration with our clients, their engineers and our experienced quality assurance team, we are able to create the right fit-for-purpose concrete to meet the specific requirement and specification.
Equipment
Batching Plants
InstaCrete operates two state of the art fully automated batch plants, 30m3 & 60m3 capacity per hour plants, as well as two 30m3 capacity per hour mobile dry-mix plants tailored for project sites. These plants can be mobilized at short notice and include all required water storage, admixture tanks and power generation.
Delivery Trucks
InstaCrete operates a fleet of transit mixers of between 6 and 9 cubic meter capacity. All trucks are fitted with the latest GPS truck tracking systems to enable timely deliveries and turn around times.
Mobile Boom Pump
InstaCrete operates two Putzmeister mobile concrete truck mounted boom pumps, of which were manufactured in Germany. Boom sizes range from 32 metre to 36 metre with a pumping capacity up to 160m³ per hour, providing mobile pumping solutions for all applications. These simplify and reduce time taken to place concrete.
Static Pump
InstaCrete operates high capacity Schwing Stetter and Zoomlion static pumps. These are available for use on high rise pumping operations and large slabs.

Quality is the most important element for ready mix concrete producers and suppliers. To win the trust and confidence of customers, it is important that concrete mix suppliers are able to produce accurate yield, deliver consistent slumps and have consistent set times.
